Santa Fe Refined is a comprehensive interior overhaul that transformed a dated, heavy early-2000s build into a custom, modern home. Partnering with a local Interior Design firm, our team stripped away the era's awkward drywall cutouts and heavy textures, streamlining the home's architectural lines to execute the design team's high-end vision with structural precision.

Construction & Craftsmanship Highlights

• Premium Flooring: Performed extensive floor leveling across the footprint to install expansive, precision-laid wide-plank solid white oak flooring.

• Architectural Prep: Floated out heavily textured walls to a smooth finish, squared off dated drywall arches, and applied a flawless, crisp paint specification from baseboards to soaring double-height ceilings.

• Bespoke Millwork: Fabricated and installed heavy-duty, integrated custom cabinetry tailored specifically for the pantry and laundry rooms to optimize storage and utility.

• Full Bath Overhauls: We updated plumbing, installed advanced waterproofing systems, and laid intricate, vertical-stacked handmade tile with flawless execution.

Turning the Interior Designer’s drawings into reality, Santa Fe Refined showcases the power of a strong builder-designer partnership and elite finish carpentry.
